New members join HSHS Sacred Heart Foundation Leadership Council


EAU CLAIRE – Bob Binczak, Mike Hulke and Jamie Radabaugh have recently joined the HSHS Sacred Heart Foundation Leadership Council, and established members Robert Ridenour III, M.D., and Jennifer McDonough have been named chair and vice chair, respectively.

Binczak is the office vice president for WESTconsin Credit Union in the Eau Claire and Altoona markets. He is a native of Eau Claire, is a University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire graduate and has spent more than 20 years of his career in the Chippewa Valley. Binczak is a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity and the Business Advisory Board for Chippewa Valley Technical College.

Hulke is owner and funeral director Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home in Eau Claire, where he works with his wife and two sons. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and graduated from the University of Minnesota after serving in the military. Hulke is a long-time resident of Eau Claire and is a leader among funeral directors in the region. 

Radabaugh is the development director for Commonweal Development Corporation in Eau Claire. He is a board member of the Children’s Museum of Eau Claire, and is a member of the Eau Claire Plan Commission. He holds a law degree from Hamline University and is past chair of the Sacred Heart Hospital Golf and Tennis Classic. Radabaugh has spent more than 15 years of his career in Eau Claire.

HSHS Sacred Heart Foundation Leadership Council provides the local leadership, oversight and direction for fund development strategy and implementation in support of the hospital’s health care ministry through philanthropy. 

“Through the efforts of our Foundation Leadership Council, volunteers and donors, we are helping to secure a healthier future for our region,” said Ann Kaiser, CFRE, director, HSHS Sacred Heart Foundation. “Every dollar raised by HSHS Sacred Heart Foundation directly impacts patients and the community by funding medical breakthroughs, innovations, whole person care, and preventive health practices. We are grateful for the vital leadership roles that our new and established board members play as we further our mission.”
