Would my family member benefit from inpatient physical rehabilitation?  

 
  1. Can my family member tolerate and benefit from three hours of intensive rehabilitation/therapy?
  2. Does my family member need at minimum two therapy services?
  3. Does my family member need close medical management and 24 hour nursing care during their recovery?
  4. Will my family member be able to return to a community setting in a reasonable amount of time?
