Jeni Gronemus is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. Jeni has extensive experience working with adolescents with behavioral and emotional issues and provides evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults and families.
Jeni’s areas of clinical interest include: attachment issues, trauma, abandonment issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss issues, personal development, emotional regulation, family dynamics and “DBT,” which is treatment for individuals with self-harm behaviors such as self-cutting, suicidal thoughts/urges and suicide attempts.
(DBT treatment is specific to adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18.)
