Pull out your poodle skirt, brush up on your Jitterbug and grab a hula hoop because the 2019 Hope Gala is going back in time! Enjoy a night of 1950s nostalgia with games, live music, a gourmet menu, big-ticket auction items and more.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to make last year a truly special evening to remember!

Hope Gala DancingNearly 200 attendees of this year’s annual Hope Gala had a chance to relive their glory days during the Homecoming themed event. Held on Saturday, October 13, at Regis High School in Eau Claire, all proceeds will be used to support the hospital's youth mental health programs throughout our community.

Attendees showed their school spirit by dressing in classic attire inspired by their youth. They enjoyed fun games, a live auction, delicious foods, and danced to the sounds of the Kurt Jorgenson Band.Hope Gala King and Queen

“The event was very fun, and the generosity and energy of the attendees was fantastic,” said Ann Kaiser, Director of the HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation. “Our community cares about the mental health of our youth, and they want to support Sacred Heart’s efforts to get them the help they need. We couldn’t have hoped for a better evening.”

From Suicide Survivor to Youth Mental Health Advocate - Arlene's Story
At just 12 years old, Arlene Vance from Fall Creek felt taking her life was the best option to cope with change. She found out later, mental health therapy was, and still is, the real answer.

This video shows the personal story of Arlene’s plea for more youth mental health resources, which was shown during the HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation's 2018 Hope Gala.
