Volunteer Services

Sacred Heart Hospital volunteers are integral members of our hospital’s healthcare team. Our volunteers are men, women, college students and teens 14 years and older. They are interested in maintaining high quality patient care and are active in performing a variety of functions throughout the hospital. 

Our volunteers enjoy a sense of being needed, and at the same time receive personal satisfaction from giving their time and talents. Volunteers breathe life into our hospital’s Mission. Their many hours of service ensure that the Hospital Sisters’ Mission will continue for generations to come. 

Currently, more than 300 active volunteers work at our hospital. Our volunteers’ excellent customer service, friendly hospitality and positive interactions make our patients’ stays memorable.
