Respiratory Care

Our expert respiratory care team is committed to helping people with breathing disorders control, manage and treat their condition. Our 26 registered respiratory therapists provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient pulmonary services to premature infants, centenarians and everyone in between.

Our dynamic, growing department has doubled in size in the last four years in order to better serve those with breathing difficulties caused by injury or illness, including asthma, emphysema and cardiac disease. We also serve those with bacterial and viral infections, neurological problems and people who develop complications or respiratory failure secondary to another diagnosis or surgery.

We have earned the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) Quality Respiratory Care Recognition Award every year since the program’s inception in 2003. Only about 10 percent of hospitals nationwide receive this award. We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, conduct nearly 100,000 treatments annually and are truly dedicated to helping you breathe easier.
