Palliative Care

We are here to provide comfort and maintain the highest possible quality of life and dignity to those who are terminally ill for as long as life remains. We provide compassionate specialized care and are here to soothe, encourage and meet the physical, emotional, social, financial and spiritual needs of people and families facing the end of life.

Our services are free of charge and open to anyone who has a life limiting, advanced illness or injury, whether active treatment has been completed or is just beginning.

Our team includes an advanced practice nurse certified in hospice and palliative nursing, a counselor licensed in marriage and family therapy, a clinical social worker and a board-certified palliative medicine physician. We understand and are able to help you deal with every issue surrounding the end of life journey.
