Sacred Heart Hospital's therapy department is one of the most reputable providers of skilled therapy services in the region. Our L.E. Phillips Physical Rehabilitation Center is the only CARF-Accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) inpatient rehabilitation program in western Wisconsin. Our skilled physicians, therapists and nurses are dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective rehabilitation services to patients and families.

Our inpatient physical rehabilitation center differs from a nursing home because:

• Patients, therapists, nurses and physicians are all located on the same floor of the hospital, which promotes frequent face-to-face communication.

• Our rehabilitation teams meet daily to discuss the individual needs of each patient.

• Our staff has expertise in a variety of subspecialty areas.

• A full range of hospital services such as trauma care, radiology, laboratory and electrodiagnostics are available on premises.

• We have a high ratio of therapists and nurses to patients.

• A comprehensive community reintegration program is led by a therapeutic recreation specialist.

Phillips Physical Rehabilitation Center at Sacred Heart Hospital is dedicated to maintaining a position of leadership in providing comprehensive physical rehabilitation programs for people with physical disabilities in western Wisconsin.
