We are conveniently located on the first floor of Sacred Heart Hospital, in the North wing past the Visitor elevators.

Our appointment coordinators are available to schedule appointments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The referrals to the Brain & Spine Institute generally come from your primary care doctor or another specialist. Please do not hesitate to call if you would like any additional information on how to schedule an appointment with one of our physicians or if you have any questions about the Brain & Spine Institute.

To ensure that your appointment proceeds smoothly, please bring the following information with you to your appointment:

• Your insurance card at every visit
• The completed questionnaire that was mailed to you 
• Any medications that you are currently taking
